Alzyone Risk Manager & Trade Planner is a digital download that you receive immediately after payment. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind.

Free replacement

If your file is faulty, damaged or doesn’t open, email us at maximilian.leinfelder@alzyonerisk.com with your receipt. We’ll send you a working file free of charge.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends as soon as delivery has begun, if you expressly agreed before purchase that delivery may begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

If you did not give this consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of your purchase by sending us a clear statement, for example by email to maximilian.leinfelder@alzyonerisk.com. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to. We, or Stripe as merchant of record, will then refund your payment within 14 days using the original payment method.
